AB 3121 created a 9-person task force to study California’s “complicity in slavery” in 2020. Recently, they started making recommendations on what the state legislature should approve. The numbers are all over the place, not to mention how to decide who gets what. The burning question I have, and I know my own answer – should this even be a thing that is considered?
